Absolutely brilliant !!!

If this shop ever gave up trading I would have to give up Vaping. as I know I wouldn't get the same service anywhere else.
I know because of the review I am about to send many might think "oh this must be a friend of one of the staff"...Wrong.
I am 72 yrs of age and am unable to get out to the shop. I'm ok ordering liquids and pods on line but I needed a new vape Kit. I got a little confused as to how I could redeem my vouchers and do this on line.
Anthony the Manager of the Wisbech store stayed with me on the phone and talked me through the whole procedure until I managed to purchase the Vape.
Where else would you get that service.
I don't know of anywhere do you.
